BREAKING NEWS: Federal charges announced this morning against two defendants who possessed destructive devices at recent civil unrest in L.A. County

I just received word that the office of Bill Essayli, the U.S. Attorney for Los Angeles, will this morning announce criminal charges in the Molotov cocktail attacks on law enforcement during the current and recent riots in response to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids in Southern California.

And I hear from other sources that this is quite the fluid situation (pardon the incendiary pun) with more to come.

So for every politician (like Maxine Waters) who says that the rioting and looting are peaceful, “non-violent” exercises of the 1st Amendment, and for every “journalist” (like ABC 7’s Jory Rand) who says that the rioters are, “a bunch of people having fun watching cars burn,” cheers to you both.

The announcement is scheduled for 9:30am.
